I.R.S. Ltd. employs qualified and motivated Bulgarian skilled workers for our clients in Netherlands and Belgium, providing work in a wide variety of sectors. Among others repetitive production work, (operators), mounting and assembly, packaging, cleaning, recycling but also welding, milling etc. The employment period for one of our employees varies depending on the agreement with our customers abroad. This may vary from several weeks up to a maximum of one year.
Recruitment & Selection
Our office in Bulgaria is responsible for a strict and thorough recruitment and selection procedure that is geared towards the careful and professional attuning of demand and supply. An in-depth screening of our employees upon registration ensures that our employees are both competent and reliable.
Administration
I.R.S. Ltd. is responsible for, and will handle all administrative obligations for both the employer and employee. In other words, the employees are in fact contractual workers on our payroll. This will be stipulated in an employment contract between I.R.S. Ltd. and the employee. We are also responsible for the transfer of health insurance premiums and National Insurance contributions for each employee as stipulated by the country in question. We will also handle any other mandatory formalities for you.
