- Inquiry by Customer (prospective employer) – upon receipt of your inquiry we start working for you. Your specific situation, the duration, the requirements, the number of employees needed; all will be taken into account during this inventory phase.
The attuning between demand and supply – requires a thorough and careful approach. The right people at the right place – that is what we strive for.
Once we have found the right people for you and have introduced them to you on paper, we will ask you for your official approval. Upon receipt of your written approval we will move right on, and draw up the employment contract for our employees. This contract will specifically contain all the requirements stipulated by our customers, the employer.
Next we will move on to the mutual signing of the contractual agreement between I.R.S. Ltd. and the client.
I.R.S. Ltd. arranges transportation from Bulgaria to the Netherlands and Belgium. Our local offices in the Netherlands and Belgium will arrange accommodation for our employees when needed.
We take the coaching of our employees seriously. This is why our coaches are available to our employees and clients at all times, please do not hesitate to call them with your questions and/ or problems. A problem – no problem! We will find a solution!
Administration - we will take care of all necessary administrative tasks and obligations for you - you do not have to give it a second thought....
